- If a class is full, will I be placed on a waitlist?
- No waitlist available
- Why can’t I enroll in an event?
- If you are enrolled in another event for a particular lesson, you won’t be able to enroll in another event under the same lesson. In order for you to be enrolled in another event (listed under the same lesson), must be removed from the original event from the instructor, or you must withdraw your enrollment. You can only be enrolled in one event per lesson.
- Why can’t I enroll in an active session?
- Registration is locked 5 minutes after classes begin.
- Where do we see classes we have registered for?
- My Profile shows courses registered
- I didn’t receive a calendar invite, where can I get the link?
- Email us at CTD-COS@verizon.com with your full name, company name, company email address (that you used to sign up for Verizon’s Customer Learning Portal) and the course you registered in. Please include ‘Access Code – Verizon Customer Learning Portal’ in the email subject line. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response.
- Can we get a transcript of sessions we’ve attended?
- My Profile shows courses registered for and/or completed.
- I am having difficulty registered for a class. How can I get help registering for a class, can I reach out to someone?
- Email us at CTD-COS@verizon.com with your full name, company name, company email address (that you used to sign up for Verizon’s Customer Learning Portal) and the course you are having difficulty registering in. Please include ‘Help Registering – Verizon Customer Learning Portal’ in the email subject line. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response.
- Can I cancel my registration from a self-paced class while it is in progress?
- No, you must either complete the self-paced class or have it marked as incomplete /in progress
- Can I withdraw my registration from an instructor lead training?
- Yes, you can withdraw or cancel your registration at any time before or after the start of the training lesson. Refer to the How to Withdraw from a Class in the Verizon Customer Learning Portal job aid under the Help/Contact Us section of Customer Learning Portal.
- Why can’t I enroll in courses where there is a red banner?
- Certain classes require that you attend a prerequisite before you are able to enroll. The prerequisite is listed in the red banner and clicking on it will take you to the required training.
- What are the browser requirements for this site (Verizon Business Group Customer Learning Portal)?
- Outdated browsers are vulnerable to security issues. We encourage users to upgrade their browser to maximize security and their online experience as follows:
