only access the Customer Learning Portal from within the Verizon
Enterprise Center.

Customer Steps
- Sign in to Verizon Enterprise Center

Once signed in, click on "Support" at the top of the page
- In the dropdown, click "Customer Learning Portal"
- Begin to explore available training
If you are not a Verizon Enterprise Center portal user and
accessed the Customer Learning Portal in the past via this
business segment, please note that you are no longer able to do
so.
To access Customer Training content and resources, please create a
new account using the
All Verizon Non-Portal Customers business segment link.
